How soon can you start?
Design typically begins within two weeks of your consult. Construction start dates depend on scope and material lead times, and we'll give you a firm date in your proposal.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull all required permits and schedule inspections as part of every project.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We set up dust barriers and protect floors, and we'll plan around a working bathroom or a temporary kitchen when needed.
How do payments work?
A deposit to schedule, then progress payments tied to clear milestones. You never pay far ahead of completed work.
Do you offer design-only services?
Yes. Drawings and selections can be purchased on their own, and the fee is credited if you build with us.
